windows_updates.vbs error after 3.1.4 update

since updating to 3.1.4 I am getting this alert notification -
Triggering Condition(s): If Event/Log Level(ERR) Log: pdk/scripts/windows_updates.vbs: Timeout running [c:\windows\system32\cscript.exe //nologo pdk/scripts/windows_updates.vbs ]
any ideas what this means? Is this letting me know I have windows updates that need applied? If so I think it should give more detail in the message about the updates.
I am monitoring event logs with error status only and I don't see this message in the event logs on the server
